These include working with an established training provider to offer Level 2 National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) in warehousing and distribution, customer service, team leadership and transport and running regular internal sessions on subjects such as coaching and mentoring.

We’re also rolling out a leadership development programme in association with the Leadership Development Trust.

Comprising an intensive one week residential training course and a series of facilitated workshops, the programme is currently being offered to all our senior managers.

We aim to provide staff with the opportunities they need to do their jobs to the best of their ability and we recognise and reward talent.
